Shipping Policy

Bling and Bond ships within 5 to 14 business days. IN TOWN PICKUP IS NOT AN OPTION.

 

All sales are shipped under UPS / USPS shipping terms.

Carrier is selected based on the time frame remaining prior to host’s party.

 

Title to goods is transferred to the buyer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier. If you have not received your item within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your shipping provider using the tracking information provided.

 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping Service: 1 - 5 days

UPS Ground Shipping Service: 1 - 5 days

TIMES DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT ARE "TIME IN TRANSIT" TIMES BASED ON THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AND DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIMES. 

 

REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Should an additional fee be incurred by Bling and Bond from the carrier to “auto correct” the address, to ensure a timely delivery, an invoice for reimbursement will be forwarded to customer.

 

PROCESSING TIMES 

Processing times are NOT shipping times. This is the time it takes to create an order based on that order's position in the order line. All items are handmade to order. 

 

Processing times per item may vary, but usually are between 5 and 14 BUSINESS days. If you have not received a tracking number by day 14, please contact us at hello@blingandbond.com.

 

All kits are made to order and have creation times of between five (5) to fifteen (15) business days. In the event you have a party deadline, please order by the close of registration indicated on your evite. Once your shoes have moved into the processing phase, there are no refunds or exchanges.
