This Semi private group reservation of 6 is your opportunity to host a smaller in-person Bling and Bond® party in a creative, high-energy space designed for connection, laughter, and a little sparkle. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, hosting a ministry fellowship, or simply bringing your favorite people together, The Bling Lab sets the tone for a memorable time. (See BYE note below.) Your mini group will enjoy a guided, hands-on bling experience where each guest creates their own rhinestone masterpiece. All materials are provided, and every detail is thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on enjoying your guests and the moment. Here’s what to expect: • Reserved seating for your private group (6 guests) • A curated, in-person Bling Party experience • Step-by-step guidance for all skill levels • Individual kit selection for each guest • A vibrant atmosphere filled with music, creativity, and connection From the moment your guests walk in to the final sparkle placed, this is more than an activity… it’s a whole vibe. Secure your date, invite your people, and let’s bring your vision to life inside The Bling Lab. Note: A small table will be provided for you to share snacks with your attendees. Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to host your group inside The Bling Lab, where creativity, connection, and celebration come together. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and well-prepared experience for you and your guests. Group Size: Private LIVE sessions require a minimum of 10 guests and can accommodate up to 18 guests. Semi-Private sessions are booked in groups of 6. Final guest count should be confirmed prior to your scheduled event to ensure proper preparation of all materials. Reservation & Payment: Due to the customization of your custom e-vite, registration pages, and individual guest canvases, 100% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Each event is prepared in advance specifically for your group. As a result, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If a change is needed, hosts must coordinate directly with their Event Specialist at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. • Rescheduled events must be booked within 30 days of the original date • All rescheduled dates are subject to availability Requests made outside of this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all payments and reschedules. Session Time & Arrival: Each reservation includes a 3-hour experience block, designed to allow time for setup, creativity, and enjoyment. • Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to fully participate • Sessions will begin and end as scheduled to accommodate all bookings Late arrivals may result in reduced project time. Food, Drinks & Decorations: Hosts are welcome to bring light refreshments, beverages, and minimal celebratory decorations for their guests. We recommend keeping setups simple to maintain a comfortable and functional creative environment. Space Care: We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. • Guests are expected to leave their area tidy and in the same condition as arrival • Excessive mess or damages may result in additional cleaning or repair fees Event Adjustments: The Bling Lab reserves the right to reschedule or adjust events due to unforeseen circumstances including staffing, safety concerns, or supply availability.
