Hello, my name is Shirley Perkins, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your Bling and Bond Event Specialist here in San Bernardino, CA. Let me start by saying—I absolutely LOVE BLING! As a lifelong fashion designer, I’ve been creating unique pieces ever since my mom taught me to sew at just 8 years old. Over the years, I’ve combined my love of crafting with my passion for fashion, specializing in blinging and upcycling denim, shoes, tumblers, cups—you name it, I can bling it out! My designs have been featured in fashion shows and vendor events and I’ve even had the joy of teaching friends to add a little sparkle to their own creations. As your Bling and Bond Event Specialist, you can expect a one-of-a-kind experience filled with fun, creativity and of course, plenty of sparkle. We’ll let loose, laugh and walk away with a masterpiece you’ll be proud to show off. So, grab your girlfriends and get ready to shine—because when we bling together, it’s always a good time! FYI... appointment times with me are Pacific Time Zone unless other arrangements have been made for a virtual event. BOOKING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE GUEST KITS.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalization of your custom e-vite and canvas, there are NO REFUNDS. As the host, should an event cancellation become necessary, please coordinate with your Event Specialist at least 7 days proir to the original party date. Reschedules must be added to the calendar within 30 days of original date and is subject to the Specialist's availability. Should you decide not to reschedule, your custom kit will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All canvases are made to order per the guest / customer specifications. Any orders fulfilled for your event PRIOR to cancellation, will be shipped as directed. Each kit includes written instructions for a quiet party of 1. Please confirm party start time with YOUR TIME ZONE
