My name is Pamela Wiley. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and now I’m blessed to call Las Vegas, Nevada, home. I’m the proud mother of three, a grandmother and even a great-grandmother, so you could say I’ve got generations of love and sparkle in my life! I’ve always believed life should be filled with joy, laughter and new experiences. That’s why I know Blinging is the perfect fit for me. It’s fun, creative and gives me the chance to meet new people and build new connections. I’m excited about this next chapter as a B.A.B.E.S., and I can’t wait to spread positivity and a little extra sparkle with every Bling party. FYI... appointment times with me are Pacific Time Zone unless other arrangements have been made for a virtual event. BOOKING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE GUEST KITS. Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalization of your custom e-vite and canvas, there are NO REFUNDS. As the host, should an event cancellation become necessary, please coordinate with your Event Specialist at least 7 days proir to the original party date. Reschedules must be added to the calendar within 30 days of original date and is subject to the Specialist's availability. Should you decide not to reschedule, your custom kit will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All canvases are made to order per the guest / customer specifications. Any orders fulfilled for your event PRIOR to cancellation, will be shipped as directed. Each kit includes written instructions for a quiet party of 1. Please confirm party start time with YOUR TIME ZONE
