How does the retainer actually work?​

The host pays a $100 retainer which covers booking, a custom evite graphic, choice of kit and rep's booking bonus. No reimbursements or refunds are available as the team begins working once its paid.

 

What is the referral program?

It is simply a word of mouth campaign for additional exposure to the brand as well as an additional income opportunity for the specialist. The bonus is $50 per referral up to 10 referrals that result in a new Specialist (paid annual subscription). It is paid during the payroll period in which the new specialist subscribes and it is NOT contingent upon the new specialist’s activities.

 

Is a Bling and Bond® Event Specialist an actual employee of Bling and Bond® or an Independent Contractor operating as His or Her own business entity/home based business?

Each specialist is an independent contractor. A 1099 statement is issued at the end of the calendar year, distributed by January 31st in the new year. As an independent contractor each individual is responsible for filing his/her own taxes with their local, state, and federal governments.
