
1. General Participation Policy
1.1 Participation Agreement
Participation in any Bling Lab experience, event, class, private party, mini party, maxi party, workshop, or hosted gathering constitutes acceptance of these Policies & Procedures.
The individual reserving or booking an event is responsible for ensuring that all guests within their party are aware of and agree to these policies before arrival.
1.2 Guest Responsibility
All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward:

Other guests
-
Event facilitators
-
Bling Lab staff
-
The property
-
Shared studio spaces
-
Neighboring businesses and tenants
Guests are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the premises, furnishings, equipment, tools, décor, fixtures, or surrounding property.
2. Conduct on Premises
2.1 Respectful Conduct
The Bling Lab is intended to be a positive, creative, and welcoming atmosphere.
The following behavior is prohibited while on the premises or surrounding property:

Fighting or physical altercations
-
Threatening behavior
-
Harassment of guests or staff
-
Excessive profanity directed toward others
-
Aggressive or disruptive behavior
-
Intoxication that interferes with the guest experience
-
Destruction or misuse of property
-
Smoking or vaping inside the building
-
Illegal drug use or possession
-
Unauthorized solicitation or sales activity
-
Possession of weapons of any kind
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to immediately remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the environment, compromises safety, or negatively impacts the guest experience.
No refunds will be issued for guests removed due to policy violations.
2.2 Conduct in Shared Spaces & Parking Areas
Guests are expected to remain respectful while entering, exiting, or gathering outside the Bling Lab.
The following are prohibited on the grounds, sidewalks, parking lots, or exterior areas:

Excessive loitering

Loud music from vehicles
-
Blocking neighboring storefronts or entrances
-
Public intoxication
-
Littering
-
Physical altercations
-
Reckless driving
-
Revving engines or excessive horn use
-
Standing or gathering in unauthorized areas
Please be mindful that the Bling Lab may operate within a shared commercial property alongside neighboring businesses.
Guests are expected to help maintain a safe and professional atmosphere both inside and outside the building.
2.3 Child Supervision
Children attending any Bling Lab experience must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests may not allow children to:

Run throughout the studio

Enter restricted areas
-
Handle staff equipment
-
Disturb neighboring parties or guests
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to request additional supervision or ask guests to leave if safety concerns arise.
3. Arrival & Attendance Procedures
3.1 Arrival Times
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may reduce overall party experience time.
The Bling Lab will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late guests; however, event end times may not be extended due to late arrivals.
3.2 Guest Count Accuracy
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate guest counts by the required deadline.
Additional guests beyond the confirmed count may only be accommodated based on seating availability, staffing, supplies, and advance approval.
3.3 Seating & Party Structure
Mini Parties:

Include one reserved table for the booking group
-
May occur alongside other small groups within the studio
-
Are designed for a more social shared atmosphere
Maxi Parties:
-
Include private access to the studio during the reserved timeframe
-
Are designed for larger private celebrations and hosted experiences
Guests may not rearrange furniture or party layouts without staff approval.
4. Food, Beverage & Alcohol Policy
4.1 Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages may be permitted depending on the party package and booking agreement.
Hosts are responsible for:

Cleaning up personal food items
-
Removing decorations and belongings
-
Ensuring food service remains respectful of the facility
4.2 Alcohol Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only when approved by Bling and Bond® and must comply with all applicable local and state laws.
Guests consuming alcohol must do so responsibly.
The following are prohibited:

Underage drinking
-
Excessive intoxication
-
Bringing unauthorized alcohol onto the premises
-
Serving alcohol to minors
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to discontinue alcohol consumption during any event if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe.
4.3 Cleanliness Expectations
Guests are expected to dispose of trash properly and maintain reasonable cleanliness throughout the experience.
Excessive messes, spills, damages, or cleanup beyond standard expectations may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Studio Materials & Equipment
5.1 Use of Rhinestone Supplies & Tools
Guests are expected to use all rhinestone tools, trays, wax pencils, applicators, canvases, lighting, tables, chairs, and studio materials responsibly.
Guests may not:

Remove tools or supplies from the premises
-
Intentionally waste materials
-
Tamper with equipment
-
Damage studio property
5.2 Damaged Equipment
Any damaged equipment, broken furnishings, or destroyed materials resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional conduct may result in replacement or repair charges.
6. Photography, Video & Social Media
6.1 Use of Likeness
By entering and participating in the Bling Lab experience, guests grant Bling and Bond® permission to photograph, film, record, or capture their likeness for promotional, educational, social media, marketing, and advertising purposes.
This includes:

Photos
-
Videos
-
Livestreams
-
Testimonials
-
Group content
-
Social media clips
-
Website and marketing materials
Guests who prefer not to appear in media content should notify staff before the event begins.
6.2 Guest Recording
Guests are welcome to capture personal memories throughout their experience.
However, guests may not:

Record paid training sessions without permission
-
Livestream entire events without approval
-
Interfere with other guests’ experiences while recording
-
Capture staff-only or restricted operational areas
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to limit recording activities that become disruptive.
7. Booking, Payments & Refund Policy
7.1 Reservation Fees
Reservation fees secure the event date, staffing, setup preparation, and planning process.
Reservation fees may include:

Event coordination
-
Host support
-
Custom evites
-
Guest tracking
-
Studio preparation
-
Facilitator scheduling
-
Personalized setup elements
7.2 Payment Requirements
All required payments must be submitted by the stated due dates.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in cancellation of the reservation.
7.3 Custom Products & Final Sale Policy
Due to the personalized nature of rhinestone kits, canvases, custom materials, and event preparation:

All sales are generally final
-
Refunds are typically not issued
-
Personalized products are non-refundable
-
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability
7.4 Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing.
Approved reschedules:

Must occur within the permitted timeframe established by Bling and Bond®
-
Remain subject to studio and facilitator availability
-
May require additional fees depending on timing and preparation already completed
8. Safety & Liability
8.1 Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily participate in all Bling Lab activities at their own risk.
Guests assume responsibility for:

Personal belongings
-
Personal safety
-
Proper handling of tools and materials
-
Supervising minors within their party
8.2 Injuries & Emergencies
Any accidents, spills, injuries, or emergencies should be reported to staff immediately.
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to contact emergency services if necessary.
8.3 Personal Property
Bling and Bond® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times.
9. Dress Code & Appropriate Attire
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably while remaining appropriately clothed for a shared public environment.
The following are prohibited:

Clothing displaying offensive language or imagery

Excessively revealing attire inappropriate for a family-friendly creative environment
-
Attire that compromises safety
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to refuse entry for attire deemed inappropriate.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Bling and Bond® reserves the right to:

Refuse service

Deny entry
-
Remove guests
-
Cancel participation
-
Restrict future bookings
for violations of these policies or behavior determined to negatively affect staff, guests, the premises, neighboring businesses, or the overall Bling Lab experience.
11. Force Majeure
Bling and Bond® shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Utility interruptions
-
Government restrictions
-
Public emergencies
-
Labor shortages
-
Building emergencies
-
Acts of God
In such situations, Bling and Bond® reserves the right to reschedule affected events.
12. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking, attending, entering, or participating in any Bling Lab experience, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Policies & Procedures.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and restriction from future participation.
